American Literature 1

The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn • Mark Twain • Dr. Diana Dasouki • 4th Year, Aleppo University

581 questions in all • 3 complete photographed past papers, incl. 2025/2026 • bilingual narrative • cheat sheet

★ Read this first — the three papers are one question pool, reshuffled

All three photographed papers are set by Dr. Diana Dasouki, each has 40 items for 100 marks, and each is entirely about one novel. Between Papers A and B, seventeen of the forty questions are shared word for word, clustered from Q17 to Q40. The newest paper — 2025/2026, Form B — then does something more revealing: it reuses the same famous sentences but moves the blank. “Everybody naturally despises an ungrateful nigger” has now had both words removed, on different papers. So learn each sentence whole, never as one gap — and beware that a word which was the answer last year can be the decoy this year.

Two printed keys are wrong or disputed — the river/“slavery” item and the “You can't pray a lie” item. Both are flagged in amber inside the exam bank, with advice on what to answer.

How to use this in the last week

  1. Day 1. Read The Whole Story straight through, both columns. You will never be lost in a plot question again.
  2. Day 2. Do the All Previous Exams bank with the filter set to ★★ In BOTH papers. That is the fixed pool. Get it to 100%.
  3. Day 3. Do the Quote & Speaker Drill. The back half of the paper is quotations, and this is the only way to make them automatic.
  4. Day 4–5. Work the lecture banks with the filter on High. Start with Lectures 5, 7 and 9 — between them they supply most of the examined material.
  5. Day 6. The rest of the exam bank, unfiltered, then the disputed keys with the ⚠ filter.
  6. The night before. The Cheat Sheet, printed, nothing else.
